Children’s Stable Day’s (School Holidays) Timings 0730 to 1730
If children would like to improve their riding we can provide them with tailored lessons in their holiday. They can work on dressage, cross country or show jumping. Instruction can be aimed at the BHS progressive riding tests suitable for all ages from beginner to advanced. All lessons are delivered by BHS qualified instructors.
Children’s stable days are held during the School Holidays. The stable days are geared towards improving ability in both riding and handling the horses and ponies, with assistance and supervision and also, of course, having great fun. As well as riding tuition, there will also be stable management lessons.
Other activities can include, hacking around the local area, games in the outdoor arena and riding in the indoor school if the weather is poor.
If your child has not ridden before, after a week's intensive instruction they will be well on their way to riding confidently, handling and looking after a pony or horse.

Timings 0730 to 1730. The children can be dropped off or picked up outside of those times if pre-arranged.
